These Terms of Service apply to the use of this website and to online booking requests, reservations, and payments made through this website.

These Terms are between the customer and JT Pro Booking LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States.

JT Pro Booking LLC is the website owner and merchant of record for online bookings and payments made through this website. Services may take place in Union Island, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, or surrounding Caribbean destinations, and may be fulfilled by local instructors, accommodation providers, boat operators, or approved service providers on behalf of JT Pro Booking LLC.

1. Website Use

By using this website, contacting us, requesting a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the website or make a booking through us.

2. Merchant of Record

Online bookings and payments made through this website are handled by JT Pro Booking LLC, Wyoming, United States, as merchant of record.

Caribbean locations shown on this website refer to the service destination, meeting points, guest support, and local operations.

3. Services

We may offer or arrange:

• Kitesurfing lessons
• Wing foil lessons
• Boat trips
• Accommodation inquiries or reservations
• Travel-related services
• Guest support and related activities

Service availability may depend on weather, local conditions, instructor availability, boat availability, accommodation availability, guest skill level, and safety requirements.

4. Local Fulfillment

JT Pro Booking LLC may use local contractors, instructors, accommodation providers, boat operators, transportation providers, or approved service providers to fulfill booked services in the Caribbean.

The customer understands that the online booking and payment may be handled by JT Pro Booking LLC while the service itself may be delivered locally.

5. Booking Confirmation

A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit, full payment, or written confirmation has been received and accepted.

We may decline or modify a booking request if the requested service is unavailable, unsuitable, unsafe, incorrectly priced, or affected by local operating conditions.

6. Payments

Payment terms will be shown before payment or provided in writing.

A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a reservation.

Any applicable taxes, booking fees, service fees, or payment-related charges will be shown clearly before payment.

7. Kitesurfing Lesson Deposit

For kitesurfing lessons, a US$100 deposit or full payment is required to secure a reservation.

A kitesurfing lesson reservation is not confirmed until the required deposit or full payment has been received.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation policy for the specific service booked.

For kitesurfing lessons:

• If the kite center cancels the lesson before it starts because of unsuitable weather, the guest will receive a full refund for the cancelled lesson.
• If the lesson starts but cannot be completed because of unsuitable weather, the guest will only be charged for the time already spent on the lesson.
• Deposits are non-refundable for guest cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled lesson date.
• Refunds for eligible guest cancellations may be subject to a 5% processing fee.
• No refund or time extension will be given if the guest shortens the lesson, arrives late, is not ready at the scheduled time, or does not show up.

Accommodation, boat trips, and other services may have separate cancellation terms.

9. Weather and Safety

Kitesurfing, boating, and other outdoor activities are weather-dependent.

Safety decisions are made by the instructor, captain, operator, or service provider. We may delay, modify, shorten, relocate, or cancel a service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

The customer must follow all safety instructions.

10. Guest Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time, following instructions, and informing us of any relevant medical condition, physical limitation, swimming limitation, or experience level that may affect participation.

We may refuse or stop participation if a guest is unsafe, intoxicated, aggressive, unable to follow instructions, or unsuitable for the activity.

11. Travel, Accommodation, and Local Conditions

Guests are responsible for their own travel documents, flights, ferries, transfers, insurance, and personal arrangements unless specifically included in a written booking confirmation.

Local conditions in island destinations can change due to weather, transport schedules, power outages, water supply, maintenance issues, or other operational factors.

12. Pricing and Availability

Prices, schedules, availability, and service details may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

If an error appears on the website or in a quote, we reserve the right to correct it before accepting the booking.

13. Liability

Outdoor activities, watersports, boating, and travel involve risks. Guests may be required to sign a waiver or release before participating.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JT Pro Booking LLC is not responsible for indirect losses, missed travel connections, personal expenses, weather disruption, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14. Third-Party Services

Some services may be provided by third-party or local service providers. We are not responsible for actions, omissions, or conditions outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve service issues.

15. Website Content

Website content, photos, text, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to JT Pro Booking LLC or its partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.

16. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
